   <description>After a careful review of the site logs at emperorcoins.com, as well as a review of all activity on the shopping cart logs, I have found what the problem was. It appears that some hacker entered the emperorcoins.com site from various proxy servers in foreign countries such as Sweden, China, and Japan. Once on the site, the hacker used the shopping cart's features to attempt illegal financial transactions at PayPal using various email addresses.</description>
