Blue Aegis Online Business Policies
The following are some of the more prominent store policies adopted and adhered to by Blue Aegis Software & Marketing:
The policies listed here may not be complete, and may be modified at any time by Blue Aegis Software & Marketing without notice of any kind.
Anti-Spam Policy
When we say 'No Spam', we mean it! If you suspect that you are being spammed (being sent unsolicited commercial advertisements) by a Blue Aegis account holder, please notify us immediately by writing to the Webmaster
In addition to the above, we do not tolerate others sending spam (unsolicited email advertisements) to any of our email addresses. Certain measures have been taken to prevent casual email address harvesting from this site. Still, these measures may not be enough. A full investigation will ensue against any person, business, organization or entity that sends unrequested emails to any email address at blueaegis.com. Once the investigation is completed, the offender will be invoiced for the amount of US$200, the offender's IPP/ISP will be notified of the offenses, and legal actions may be brought against the offender and-or the offender's IPP/ISP.
Electronic Transfers of Currency
Blue Aegis is able to accept online credit card payments when our customers pay using American Express, Visa, Master Card, or Discover. We are also able to accept payment via Electronic Checks. All of this is possible through our commercial relationship with PayPal. In certain extreme cases, such as when payments exceed US$1,000, Blue Aegis may provide a more secure means for paying online through Escrow.com.
Check/Money Order Acceptance Policy
We will accept personal and business checks, and U.S. Postal Money Orders, for purchases made from Blue Aegis Software & Marketing, under the following strict conditions:
Checks - Business and personal checks must be written on accounts held within banks physically located in the continental United States of America; Checks must be for the exact amount of the purchase (no change will be provided); You must include a legible photocopy of your personal driver's license when using a personal check; You must include a legible copy of your order form (printed from our online shopping cart) or invoice (provided by Blue Aegis); Make checks payable to Blue Aegis Software & Marketing.
Money Orders - We will only accept Money Orders purchased from the United States Postal Service. No other Money Orders will be considered. Money Orders should be made payable to Blue Aegis Software & Marketing.

A service charge of US$30, plus applicable bank charges, will be charged for checks dishonored by the financial institution holding the account written upon. Dishonored checks must be redeemed within ten (10) days of notification by registered mail. Failure to redeem dishonored checks will result in the checks being forwarded to the appropriate law enforcement agencies with proper jurisdiction. All forged and/or fraudulent documents will be forwarded immediately to the offices of the FBI.
Credit Lines
For excessively large orders and customers providing large sums of repeat business, Blue Aegis Software & Marketing may issue a 0% interest Line of Credit, with negotiable terms. To receive a store credit application, instructions, and information, please send a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope to -

Product Warranties and Support
Blue Aegis provides a myriad of products and services. Some of those products and services are created directly by us, whereas others are not. We offer warranties and support of products and services as follows:
Downloadable products we created - All downloadable products manufactured and distributed by Blue Aegis are accompanied by a Warranty Statement which details the warranty for the specific product that it is delivered with. We offer full 90-day product support for those products that we develop. Product support is currently limited to support via email. Please refer to the product's documentation for instructions on obtaining support. Downloadable product support extends to those products previously developed and distributed by rd-soft.com.
Downloadable products we DID NOT create - For warranty and support information for products not developed by Blue Aegis or rd-soft.com, please refer to the product's documentation. We are unable to provide warranty coverage or support for these products.
Tangible Products - Blue Aegis Software & Marketing offers a 10-day warranty against physical defects in tangible products that we manufacture.
IN ALL CASES, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED IN THE PRODUCT DOCUMENTATION, THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY APPLIES:
BLUE AEGIS SOFTWARE & MARKETING PRODUCTS ARE SOLD OR MADE AVAILABLE WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
In all cases where software is the product, good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE. PROOF OF PURCHASE AND PRODUCT REGISTRATION WILL BE REQUIRED BY BLUE AEGIS SOFTWARE & MARKETING BEFORE PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE IS PROVIDED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLUE AEGIS SOFTWARE & MARKETING AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES OF NONINFRINGEMENT. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHERS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE/JURISDICTION TO STATE/ JURISDICTION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BLUE AEGIS SOFTWARE & MARKETING OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE BLUE AEGIS PRODUCT, EVEN IF BLUE AEGIS SOFTWARE & MARKETING HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES / JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee of Satisfaction
For selected downloadable software products, Blue Aegis offers a complimentary 30 Day Money Back Guarantee of Satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase during the 30 day period following the purchase, simply contact us for a full refund of the price that you paid. You will be required to destroy all copies of the product that you purchased and to mail us a notarized statement indicating that you have destroyed all copies of the downloadable product, that you acknowledge the fact that continuing to make any use of the product following the request for a refund will constitute acts of fraud and copyright infringement, and swearing to the fact that you did not sell, rent, lease or otherwise transfer the product to any other person, group, or entity prior to requesting the refund.
No Guarantee of Satisfaction
For selected downloadable products such as images and templates, Blue Aegis regrets that we are unable to provide a Guarantee of Satisfaction for our customers. This is simply due to the fact that you are made 100% familiar with the product prior to your purchase.
Shipping Information
Due to the nature of our products and the strict Export policies and laws from the United States, under no circumstances will Blue Aegis ship a software product to an address outside of the continental United States of America. Nor will we ship any of our products to Post Office Boxes, regardless of their physical locations.
