After a careful review of the site logs at emperorcoins.com, as well as a review of all activity on the shopping cart logs, I have found what the problem was. It appears that some hacker entered the emperorcoins.com site from various proxy servers in foreign countries such as Sweden, China, and Japan. Once on the site, the hacker used the shopping cart's features to attempt illegal financial transactions at PayPal using various email addresses.

Additional measures have now been taken at emperorcoins.com to block all traffic originating from outside the United States. This will limit the proxy servers that are available to hackers and allow more ease in tracking them down. Additionally, it will give the feds a better chance of catching the hackers and prosecuting them under U.S. law.

The ban to international traffic that was placed on the emperorcoins.com site will not affect operations whatsoever. This is because we had already put into place a policy against shipping our products outside of the United States anyway. This policy was put into place in order to reduce the risk of fraud at our site in the first place.

Also, the purchase process has been changed slightly on the site. Now, customers will be required to set up customer accounts before they can make purchases of our products. Before being allowed to log into their accounts, they will need to respond to an email message that we send to them in order to verify their contact details.

Please note that Blue Aegis takes fraud against us and our customers extremely seriously. All logs and details regarding the attempts at illegal activities on our site are being turned over to the appropriate federal agencies for investigation as international crimes.
